This was a beautiful evening along the Ohio river waterfront in Evansville.

Took this photo in Clarksville, TN …. definitely an old school hotel with the neon and flashing bulbs. I would almost bet at one time this was originally a Holiday Inn from the shape of the sign.

Well, to those of you who still visit here (haha yeah right) I have definitely been away for a while.  I have been doing a lot of thinking and I think I am going to change the direction of this blog to highlight my cell phone photos.  I see a lot of things and like to capture them on my cell phone so that is what I am going to start posting.

Should be fun….  at least I hope so and I hope people will visit and enjoy, maybe even share some of their cell phone photos…. so here it goes…………   thanks………eric

This is a photo of a small town in southwest Germany called Rodalben.   Our family lived here from 1965-1970 while my dad was in the air force.  This was and from what I see on the Internet today, a great little town.  During world war II Rodalben was the center of the German boot making industry and as a result got quite a bit of attention from allied bombers.  I have some absolutely fantastic memories from this place and hope to someday return.
